· Order multiple Framed Portraits to create any Wall Collection or order directly from our Wall Collection page
· Unlike other suppliers, Framed Portraits are priced according to the print or glass size of the frame. Adding a mat border to the print will increase the size of the frame and hence the price
· All photo mat borders added to a Framed Portrait have an even border
· We highly recommend the Museum UV Acrylic option to prevent glass damage/breakage during shipping

– File format: JPEG/JPG
– Color space: sRGB or ADOBE RGB (1998)
– Pixels per inch: 300 ppi
Please note, we do not verify customer files for accuracy. Your uploaded file should be color corrected and prepared for printing before ordering. This responsibility rests with you. If you select the option for us to add a digital border around the print, please only upload the print only file, we will add and print the border.

Do your frames include a mat?
Yes, all our frames include a mat within the price - except the 5x7'' Gallery Box & Impression Wedge Frames as they are built to only hold a print. Acrylic Edge Frames are double-sided and therefore include two Traditional Mats.
Are your frames free-standing or can they be wall hung?
All our frames, except the Acrylic Edge Frames, can be either free-standing or wall hung. Acrylic Edge Frames are only free-standing.
Can I fit a print in the frame without the mat?
The Gallery Box Frame and an Impression Wedge Frame can hold a print. The print size will need to be either 5x7, 8x10 or 11x14 to fit inside (depending on what frame size you select). The 8x10 and 11x14 frames come with a complimentary mat which you can use as the backing board to your full-size print.
Can I choose any print size to fit the frames?
When ordering your frame, you will be shown what print sizes are currently available for the complimentary mat inside the frame.
